The Power of Doing Less
One of the components of The Project Management Masterclass is where we deal with (and solve) the problem of overload – too much to do and not enough time to do it.
It may seem that this is a problem you have very little control over but, in fact, nothing could be further from the truth. Once you know the technique:
- There are 9 things you can do to apply it.
- 7 of these are entirely under your control and don’t require any say-so or permission from anybody. They’re numbered in green below.
- The 8th thing appears to require you to get buy-in from other people but – as I’ll explain – you don’t really.
- The 9th one is really good to have and while it does require buy-in from other people, you could completely get by without it. It’s shown in red.
So this is very much in your hands.
